This painting is a part of my Colorscapes series. In this series, I was inspired by the sky and the flowing color of the watercolor itself. I love letting the colors speak to me. For these, my process is kind of an ebb and flow between the paint and me. I love bright colors and seeing them move and integrate with the neighboring colors blending to make something new. Each of these painting, while being abstract that have elements that nod to landscapes or the sky, hence the name, Colorscapes.
